"I Contacted Karl after a very strong recommendation from a friend when my boiler had stopped working. Karl was able to fit me in at short notice and kept me informed of his arrival time. He diagnosed the suspected PCB quickly, and confirmed his suspicion with the manufacturer. He then returned later the same day with the replacement part and fitted it, and the boiler is up and running again. Karl is very pleasant and informative and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any plumbing issues which may arise."
